Eligibility requirements

This three-year scholarship is for current CU freshmen students who have a minimum 3.25 GPA. Applicants must also be Colorado residents and be enrolled full-time (12 hours minimum). The scholarship is a $3,000 renewable scholarship based on recipient maintaining a 3.25 GPA. The scholarship award begins with their sophomore year.

Instructions:

1. Completed application materials must be received by March 9, 2012. A fully completed, signed application. Postmarks will not be honored. Faxed applications will not be accepted.
2. Request an official university transcript and include it with your application.
3. Respond to the following question with a one to two paragraph typed answer:
   Where do you see yourself five years after graduation?
4. Fill out the pdf or Word .doc form of the application and then e-mail it to Barb Banta.
5. Print, sign and date your application. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
6. Mail or deliver your completed printed application (don’t forget to answer the question in step #3 and include your transcript) to the following address:

7. All scholarship applicants will be notified of decisions in April, 2012.
