Scholarship programs are proudly sponsored and funded by the Alumni Association, alumni member contributions, alumni clubs and the CU Parents Association.

Scholarships Available for Entering Freshmen

Boulder Alumni Club Scholarship (Incoming freshman students)
This scholarship is offered to Boulder County students who are entering the University of Colorado at Boulder as freshmen for 2009-10. Minimum award is $2,500.

Morgan County Alumni Scholarship (Incoming freshman students)
This scholarship is offered to students from Morgan County, CO, who are entering the University of Colorado at Boulder as freshmen for 2009-10. Minimum award is $1,000.

Application materials must be received by March 2, 2009.

Orange County Alumni Scholarship (Incoming freshman students)
This scholarship is offered to students from Orange County, CA, who are entering the University of Colorado at Boulder as freshmen for 2009-10. Minimum award is $2,500.

Scholarships Available for Freshmen/Sophomores/Juniors

Change for Change Scholarship (CU Boulder returning students)
These scholarships are neither need nor academic based. They are funded by student “change” donations all across campus and Boulder. The scholarships are a minimum of $500 but have unlimited upside potential. A little change from a lot of students can go a long way. Returning students apply today.

Application materials must be received by April 7th, 2008.

Alumni Association and Parents Association Scholarship (CU Boulder returning students)
This scholarship is offered to current CU students who will be sophomores, juniors or seniors for the 2008-09 academic year and have a 3.25 GPA.

Application materials must be received by March 2, 2009 - applicants must mail or hand-deliver applications to the Koenig Alumni Center and submit online.

Directors Club Freshman Scholarship (Current freshman students )
This scholarship is for current CU freshmen students who have a minimum 3.25 GPA. Applicants must also be Colorado residents and be enrolled full-time (12 hours minimum). The scholarship is a $3,000 renewable scholarship based on recipient maintaining a 3.0 GPA.

Directors Club Scholarship for Veterans
This scholarship is for a current CU student who is a first year veteran, reservist, or National Guard student pursuing an undergraduate degree. A first year veteran is a student who enrolled for the spring 2007 semester or the fall 2007 semester. Applicants must be enrolled full time (12 hours minimum), be Colorado residents, and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. The scholarship is a $3,000 renewable scholarship based on recipient maintaining a 3.0 GPA.
