Description: Come out to join your CU family during the holidays. The Holiday Party is always a popular event for us. I am excited about this 3rd annual gathering and seeing the many new faces we have seen this year. Please bring the whole family, children are more than welcome as they are to all events. We will have unlimited appetizers set up in a buffet-style to make it easier for everyone to mingle.
Now that the Memphis Forever Buffs Scholarship Fund is just a second from being finalized, we will have a basket for voluntary donations to the fund. I will have a copy of the fund agreement for those that want to review it.

Our 3rd Annual Carribean Themed Holiday Party is just around the corner, next Tuesday, December 13th @ 6:00 p.m. The whole family is welcomed as they are to all events. There will be unlimited appetizers and my homemade cookies for dessert! I am loving this snow we had fall on Memphis yesterday. It is nice to see that it is still around this morning. The menu is now set for the Holiday Party and includes: Coconut Shrimp, Chicken Quesadillas, Chicken Flatbread, Roasted Cuban Bread, Jamaican (Jerk) Wings, and Spinach Dip. Cost will be $20-$25 per person, I just haven’t tied the manager down quite yet and depending on the number of people, we may get a discount which will lower that price. Alcohol will NOT be included in that price, but if you have children 2 years of age or younger, they will include either Chicken Fingers or Bowtie Mac & Cheese.
I really hope to see a big group again this year. This ends up being one of our most popular events of the year!
